• remove vehicles from driveways please try to avoid parking directly in front of your house

• try to hide bins, garden tools, hose pipes and any other clutter around the outside of your house

• tidy the garden, mow and edge the lawn, remove weeds and leaves where possible

• open curtains and blinds and ensure windows are clean inside and out

• make all beds, tidy up bedrooms and remove as many clothes as possible from view

• tidy kitchen, remove all unnecessary items from counter tops, remove all fridge magnets and everything from sinks

• tidy up childrens toys, pet toys, pet bowls and litter trays from rooms you want to showcase

• clean light bulbs and ensure they all work
